These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and JobOoro concerning your use of JobOoro and its related services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

2. Our Services

JobOoro provides technology and information services intended to make employment discovery and recruitment more convenient. Depending on the features available on the platform, these services may include job searching, job alerts, saved jobs, candidate profiles, resume tools, employer accounts, company pages, applications, recruitment management tools and career information.

Job-search features are intended to help users discover employment opportunities and review relevant vacancy information. The information available may vary by listing and can change as recruitment processes progress.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require an account. When registering, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.

You must promptly notify JobOoro if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization. You must not share your password, impersonate another person or create an account using misleading identity information.

4. Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers are responsible for ensuring that information contained in their profiles, resumes, applications and other professional materials is truthful and reasonably accurate.

• Provide accurate professional information.
• Apply only for opportunities that genuinely interest you.
• Do not submit fraudulent or misleading applications.
• Keep contact and professional information reasonably current.
• Treat employers, recruiters and other users respectfully.
• Comply with applicable laws when using the platform.

5. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters are responsible for the accuracy, legality and legitimacy of the employment opportunities they publish or distribute through JobOoro.

Employers must not use the platform to promote fraudulent employment schemes, misleading recruitment practices, unlawful discrimination, deceptive compensation claims or opportunities that require applicants to provide inappropriate payments or sensitive information.

Employers are also responsible for handling candidate information in accordance with applicable privacy and employment laws and for making their own recruitment, interview, selection and employment decisions.

6. Job Listings and Vacancy Information

Job listings are provided to help candidates review employment opportunities. Some listings may include links to an employer's website to complete an application. Candidates should verify vacancy details, requirements and application instructions before applying.

While reasonable measures may be used to identify, organize and remove inaccurate or expired listings, JobOoro does not guarantee that every listing is current, complete, available or suitable for every candidate.

You should independently verify important information, including the employer identity, application instructions, salary information, closing date, location and eligibility requirements before providing personal information or accepting an employment offer.

7. Applications and Recruitment Decisions

Where the platform supports direct applications, information supplied by a candidate may be transmitted or made available to the relevant employer for recruitment purposes.

JobOoro does not guarantee that an application will be reviewed, that an applicant will receive an interview, or that employment will be offered.

Employers remain responsible for recruitment decisions, interviews, offers, contracts, compensation, workplace conditions and employment relationships.

8. User Content and Professional Materials

You generally retain ownership of content that you submit to the platform, including resumes, profile information, portfolio materials and professional descriptions.

By submitting content, you grant JobOoro the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display, transmit and operate that content in connection with the services you request.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or publish material submitted through the platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not use JobOoro to:

• impersonate another person, employer or organization;
• publish fraudulent employment opportunities;
• submit intentionally false professional information;
• distribute malware, malicious code or harmful software;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or databases;
• interfere with the normal operation of the platform;
• scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit protected platform content without permission;
• create accounts through automated or deceptive means;
• use the service for unlawful discrimination, harassment, fraud or abuse;
• request inappropriate payments or confidential information from applicants through misleading recruitment practices.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Use of JobOoro may involve the collection and processing of personal information. Information about how personal data is collected, used, retained, protected and disclosed is described in our Privacy Policy .

You should review the Privacy Policy before creating an account or submitting personal information through the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the platform's software, design, branding, logos, original editorial material, databases, interfaces and other protected materials belong to JobOoro or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property from JobOoro to you. You may use the platform only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

The platform may contain links to employer websites, recruitment services, payment providers, social networks, analytics services, cloud services or other third-party websites.

Third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. JobOoro is not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices or employment decisions of independent third parties.

13. Fees and Paid Services

Some employer or recruitment features may be offered for a fee. Where payment is required, applicable pricing, billing frequency, taxes, renewal conditions and other material terms should be displayed before purchase.

Refund eligibility, cancellation procedures and subscription conditions may differ according to the particular service purchased and any applicable law.

14. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain a reliable service, but online platforms can experience maintenance, outages, security incidents, network problems or interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure.

Accordingly, JobOoro does not promise that the platform will always be available, completely error-free or uninterrupted.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account or particular services where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain platform security, investigate suspected abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations or prevent fraudulent activity.

JobOoro provides recruitment technology and related information services. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, specific salaries, job availability, employer responses or recruitment outcomes.

Career information, salary information, articles and other educational materials are provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial or employment advice specific to your circumstances.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobOoro will not be responsible for losses arising solely from third-party conduct, inaccurate third-party job information, employer recruitment decisions, unsuccessful applications, temporary service interruptions or unauthorized activity outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or content that you submit without the necessary rights or permissions.
